Besides Oregon State and Utah, Cal has zero commits. All the rest of the Pac 12 have at least one, with the bruins leading the way with five verbals. Usually, teams get a qb and build the class around him, so I'm thinking Jake Browning or Brady White will pull the trigger soon for the Bears.

Do we have a chance at McKenzie at DLS? Guy is a beast, I've heard that the staff has expressed interest in some of the Sparta boys..,

That's a pretty good bet.
Browning will make his call on April 11th on his birthday so if White wants to be sure about Cal if he's leaning that way, it will likely be earlier than the 11th.

Cal's offered quite a few DLS guys.
The thought's been that McKenzie's not very interested in Cal but he's reached out recently in addition to Cal's overtures and offer so I wouldn't count him out yet.

I think we're taking 2 QB's. This isn't Jeff Tedford when Cal was the only team in the Pac-10 not to recruit more than one high school QB for 10 years. Most schools do it every other year, more or less. It probably is as big a reason as any why JT is no longer the Cal coach!
No, they won't take two qb's two years in a row unless one transfers out

Sorry for replying to your posts twice in a day. I took a quick glance at the recruiting classes for the last three years of Stanford, USC, Oregon, and UCLA and between all of them, there were only two classes that had multiple QB's. A couple of them had no QB's.
The top programs predominately pick one QB a year.

My guess will be Dominic Fredrickson... White or Browning are the best bets though.
