Anybody on the Peninsula feel that one? It was only two seconds but felt like a bomb going off in Portola Valley.

Oh yeah. Epicenter in Ladera, only a mile away. Big booming shake and then nothing. Only a 2.9

Ladera would make sense since it is basically Portola Valley. The things are following me around. Born and raised in Napa and happened to be visiting when that one hit. Should I stay away from Memorial on Saturday?

Felt it in Atherton, although it seemed minor compared to what felt from the Napa quake (which is somewhat surprising given the proximity).

Worst shaking I ever felt was a 2.5 on the Hayward, about quater mile from where I was living in Fremont. Scary indeed. Ditance - and what kind of soil youre on- are everything.
