Now that Austin's BBQ scene has been thoroughly hashed out, what about recommendations for the best sandwiches in Austin?

I have read online that the Noble Pig Sandwich Co. and FoodHeads are both good. Thoughts?

As good as BBQ sounds, I can't imagine eating BBQ for like 5 meals in a row. A sandwich in between BBQ meals seems about right.

sandwiches? What about Mexican food? What about the very vibrant food truck scene? Not sure Austin is all that well known for sandwiches. Lots of good food to be had though
