I dont think it was that - he tweeted at 16 different college coaches including Hugh Freeze and Les Miles. Glad to see Cal made that type of list. LOL

Kid is 6'3" and 300 pounds willing to play anywhere on the line offense or defense. Old saying 'You can't coach size'.
Reminds me of a new kid at Cal way back when.

I remember back in 69 at summer camp, I was checking in the players as they reported to camp. They had to fill in a sheet that included background information including position, height,
weight, experience. There was a new kid who filled in position - everything, offense and defense except QB and kicker. He was 6' 4" and 250+. It created quite a stir as there weren't a lot of linemen who were willing to play wide receiver or defensive back. Obviously the kid wanted to play, somewhere, anywhere. We had never heard of him so figured that he was padding his resume so to speak. As typical Cal cynics we were asking? "Who He?"

FWIW It was Sherman White, and he probably could have played just about any position...
