The Ducks have the longest tenured staff in the PAC. They lose a Tedford or a Frost to promotion but they tend to keep the larger staff intact. Pellum's recruiting chops and willingness to stay and lead the LB's was the other important piece. As was said on another site, they've made a significant move and we've done jack so far... Time will tell but the lack of movement is (potentially) very concerning.
