Ole Miss has O-line commits from a 5 star and 4 star O-lineman. Miss St. 2 4 stars...please stop..
Every recruit has to develop-lets hope the Cal recruits exceed the expectations of the 6th best class in the Pac-12 and leave it at that?

MS schools went after him hard ... we found him early and got him.
All-State OL in MS, SEC country, is a big deal, stars be damned.
He's a student and wants a Berkeley degree.

Was he offered by either Mississippi school? I missed that, if you could link that, I would appreciate it.
I'm not allowed to say which ranking, but if you have Cal finishing higher in some analysis, then great.
Rankings infallible? No A good predictor of future success? Yes.
All I was asking was to keep it in the realm of reality...sorry to have offended you.

You can judge based upon inconsistent rankings, "analysis", "realm of reality" (whatever that is).
I'll be impressed by the raw credentials of our new Bears.

Our recruiters have grabbed a lot of talent "under the radar", IMHO.
Paul and Williams are but two examples and there will be more ...
Getting talented depth on DL and OL, through astute early recruiting, is a big step up, as well as other positions.
They'll likely 'shirt and develop nicely.
