The best team in the state (Stanford) should have the option of carrying the state flag into the stadium. A team needs to earn this privilege and Cal has earned nothing, zero, nada!!! I demand that Cal stop carrying the state flag into Memorial stadium.

Cal should have to at least beat SC for this privilege. Where are we at 12 in a row now?

You're quite the excrement-disturber today, aren't you?

Maybe the winner of the Stanfurd-U$C game every year earns the right to carry the "California's Best Private School Football Team" flag the following year? It's a cool flag: Emblem with a baby emerging from the womb, onto third base, and uttering, "I hit a triple!"

SC and Stanford are only two worthy of carrying the flag. Having FUCLA or Cal carry the flag is just plain wrong!!!

1. Why should a private school be permitted to fly the CALIFORNIA State Flag. Why not the flagship of the California public universities.

2. If you are correct, Maybe we should not allow the State flag to be flown over CMS?????

Why would either of those two schools even WANT to carry the state flag, with all the "public" and "government"-type things that are associated with it?!? Doesn't that sort of stuff just make you sick?

I still am wondering what gives Tommy the right to jam a sword into our football turf. If someone in our admin had any balls that put an end to that. And if he did it again he'd get blow-darted. That sword thing bugs the **** out of me.

Tommy Toe Jam has privilege issues. The sword is a micro-aggression.

I would allow furd to waive this flag on to the football field:

As long as they waive this flag on the rugby pitch:

Isn't that done? I haven't seen it happen since we put in the new turf, but maybe I'm just refusing to see it.

There is no state of Stanford. There is no state of Southern California.

If SC wants to carry a state flag onto the field, I suggest....South Carolina. :axe

For years I've had fantasies (is this an overshare?) of an EECS "prank" where an electrified metal plate is carefully positioned beneath the turf, just waiting for the rip of that conductive sword. Fry On!

I've always thought as soon as the sword hit earth a siren should sound and the rally committee dressed in bunny suits would rush out, cordon the area and detoxify it...but electrocution does have its charm

I'd always hoped that right after Tommy sunk the sword, Oski would with a running start come from behind him and kick him in the junk so hard he'd be neutered.

Little known fact, stanfurd was given the right first; however, the flag got so wet with tears from the whiny bitches arguing who would get to carry it first, that the flag got too heavy for the spoiled nerds...
