I was watching Cal play Oregon in softball, and the Oregon fans kept screaming "goducks, goducks, goducks"! I cannot believe what the Pac12 is coming to, with the furd's using a tree as a mascot, and now Oregon honoring a bivalve invertebrate! Besides, the goduck clam is a disgusting looking critter!

ha ... disgusting? geoducks make girls, ladies, women blush cause they like the look and size.
Go to Pike Place Market sometime and discretely observe the feminine reaction. :p

i remember at Cal we went to the coast and brought some back. We put it in a pot and when the water heated up, these "things" started to come out. It took me years to get it out of my mind - thanks for reminding me.
