I am on mobile (Apple OS v 9.something). Often times when I click on a thread, I see the thread for a few seconds but then get redirected to an advertisement. There's no way for me to scroll back so I have to close the browser and revisit the site/thread again. Is anyone else having this problem? How do I make it stop?

Download the app Focus by Mozilla firefox. Turn on the ad blocker in safari and voila. I'm all for supporting bearinsider, but until that hijack ad goes away the site is unusable on iOS without the ad blocker

I usually don't use my iphone 4s to look at the message boards but I have been using the phone for a few days and haven't had the problem. I don't have any ad blockers on the phone.

I get to the forums starting here http://m.bearinsider.com and then clicking Forums.

Please try accessing the boards that way and see if it helps.

Just FYI, mods, it's still occurring. Thanks for trying to resolve it.

That explains why Norton is warning me that this site was unsafe.

I do the same thing, but get my iPhone 6 hijacked about every other thread. Just totally takes over the tab and I have to close tab, go back to forum list and reload and hope it doesn't happen again.
