Anyone go to the Cal Berkeley night at AT&T and get an extra hat they'd like to sell me that isn't $100 like on eBay?

I did NOT go, but I was able to buy one (after losing several bids) for slightly under 90. Shoulda just gone to the damn game.

Yeah kinda hard when I live in Los Angeles and have 3 kids and a foster kid, it's the $$$$ and time I don't have. Can't stomach spending that much for a hat, just thought I'd ask.

Oh I meant I should've gone. I forget why I didn't. Yeah, just keep looking online. Eventually someone's gonna want to get rid of one, right?

Mata, the hat would obviously have some great personal value because it brings together two things that are very near to your heart, but the there will be other opportunities in the future (if not every year) to get a version of the hat. The Giants have a lot of promotional nights and hat tie-ins with other universities. It's not like they just did a one-off for Cal. If you can't wait for next year, there are blue and gold Giants hats that can be easily found (though the colors will be more like the Warriors in most cases, probably). You could just sew on your favorite Cal patch on the side or back, which would make it truly one of a kind. Everything's gonna be ok.

I ordered the Cal Giants hat from the Giants Dugout store when they had it on a limited basis. The cap is in blue and gold but with no Cal script unfortunately.

Those collegiate nights were limited but don't remember the quantity. You pay for the game and the hat. I tried to buy tickets to the game about a 4 days before the game but 'those' tickets were sold out. It was not one of those promotional game where they give away hats to all fans. It's probably a fund raiser for the college. I even contacted the Giants about those hats but they would not be sold at the Giant's dugout stores. The person recommended that I look on EBay for these hats ($$$:cry

I have an extra, never worn, hat from the first giveaway 2015 season, $50

Just outside the Giants game last night a guy was selling the Blue and Gold Sf hats for five bucks.. Not sure if they were the same ones given out at the giveaway but looked like good quality hats. If you can stomach watching the Giants strike out every time they have the bases loaded and less than two outs, you might want to check it out. Ugh

"Cal-Berkeley" it was "Cal night" ..."Cal-Berkeley" is for the ignorant and not a moniker you can license in regard to Cal!

One of these hats looks nice, the other is whatever. That said, because this is done for multiple colleges (every year from now on as far as we know), including our mortal enemy, I don't think this is a must have.

I had a hard time finding it on eBay months ago and still had to spit out nearly a hundred bucks for it since there were only 1-2 sellers.
