On top of everything else, he's going to make roughly $1M on the property sale (for some reason the sale price is not on Zillow/Redfin, but it was listed at $3.4M in January 2013, and then removed from the market.

It's so out of place with the rest of the house.

That said, Crocker Ave is a very good street.

It's probably staged.

The rug might be staged, but those red window treatments look permanent. :bigpuke:
Was a muddy golf cart allowed to go up/down those stairs, or was it staged to remind us of the defense?

Pfft... I'd live in that house. I didn't know there were so many people here that could afford 4m+ dollar houses. I do like bigger backyards though...

I'd live in the house too but I could do without the decorating style of a thrice-divorced woman in her 70s.

Who knows how much capex he put into the house? And what the sales costs will be? It's likely he'll see far less in true profit.

The only chance this nation has politically is to have enough Californians migrate to Texas and turn it blue. COLA in California prohibits the reverse from being true.

Maybe the furniture, Not the cheetah carpets, look at the way they are cut....definitely custom. Stagers have to work within a set budget with furniture that has to be re-usable, I don't think there is a stager in the world that would have a custom faux cheetah rug installed, too expensive...and ugly.

A lot of the people who would turn TX blue if they left CA, won't leave CA in the first place because they appreciate the state and its culture for what it is.

And a lot of the people who actually are migrating are doing so because they don't appreciate it and only see high taxes and crowds. Quite a few of those people are likely to vote red anyway.

No, don't you dare make this political. Outta here with that.

Good point. I would also expect better taste from a stager based in SF.

A lot of these are usually a ranking of % of homes in a given area selling at over asking. An area where homes are routinely in bidding wars, Bernal Heights use to be on all these rankings about a year ago.
