Oregon should be a lot higher, based on their performance against Furd, where they've outplayed them but cooged it.

Quite the variation this early in the season. There are 16 which rank Cal in the top 25 (including 3 in the top 10 LOL), while 21 of them rank the Bears anywhere from 52 to 77.

We'd be first in the South?! Hot damn. Can't wait until Sat night...

So 4th in the North? That sucks. Though I'd be very happy if we beat both SC and UCLA. The last time we did that was 1999 under Holmoe.

I haven't seen anything from the offense this year that makes me think we will win ... And yet, I'll be at the game and wonder afterwards what possessed me to come in the first place.

If someone feels optimistic about this, please chime in.
