Seriously, the stakes aren't as high but I haven't been this disappointed in a game since 2006 Arizona.
Baldwin absolutely gave this game away. With the stupid high-risk trick play that he idiotically trusts our turnover machine with (on first and goal!), and almost even moreso with the playcalling on the drive after the missed field goal. To throw it downfield was moronic for several reasons, given that we haven't demonstrated any ability to actually do it, given that it stops the clock when we need to burn it, and given that we have one timeout left when giving the ball back to Wazzu's clock-burning offense.
With even more program credibility - and more importantly, a bowl game which our players should have earned - on the line, Baldwin demonstrated his stubborn incompetence. He gets paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for this? Bullsh__t.
