I hope it proves to be nothing of long term significance, but this happened 4 days ago and I'm finding the lack of additional information rather alarming.

For absolutely no reason I am encouraged by the fact that it was during a workout.
Otherwise it could have been anything at all (ie car accident).

I hope it is just some sort of dehydration or exhaustion related event.

Thoughts and prayers are with with him. The posts (both from his family and from Cal) sound pretty alarming. I won't feel comfortable until I hear he's definitely ok.
