Hope all that 'flair' is somehow a replaceable facade. Gonna be hard to clean.

It's actually not as ugly as I expected. Much better than a rat infested empty lot. But I'd they went cheap on materials that fake rock is gonna look beat in a few.

I heard the architect wasn't too happy with how the developer/contractor decided to go cheap with the materials and eliminated some of the finer details of the design.

The difference between a right wing conspiracy and the truth is about 20 months.
