Evan Mobley having his way with the Bears and has already attempted six free throws (making all of them).
Fox can't settle on a post player, already subbing Thiemann, Thorpe, and Kuany into the game.

Offense coming alive. Bears on an 8-0 run to bring it back to 17-14. Quick timeout from USC after back-to-back Cal threes.

Under 12 Media TO. Bears battling back and down just 17-14 now. Bears out-shooting USC at the moment but have six team fouls. USC shooting free throws the rest of the half.

Under 8 media TO. Bears down 22-18 but going to the line for two shots after the TO.
Bradley gets his first points after two missed buckets. Kelly and Thiemann both with two fouls but Fox continuing to play Kelly, which I think is a good idea. He has two blocks and seems to be the only one somewhat capable of slowing down USC's Mobley towers and company.

Under 4 media TO. Bears and Trojans knotted at 27. Gotta love the effort Cal is giving. Just like the UCLA game, after an initial run by USC, the Bears have turned this into a Mark Fox sort of game.

Ben is a good guy. As I have said here before, he donated $250,000 of his own money to Cal. I would love to see a National listing of coaches in all college sports that have ever done that.

Halftime, USC up 35-34. Super even game. Both teams with 11 made field goals, including 3 three-pointers. Both teams have 6 turnovers, 18 rebounds (7 offensive). The difference? USC has attempted and made one more free-throw.

Replay show nothing but a tap. Grant just had good position and actually Mobley just tried to punk him afterwards
Should have been a foul on him, so he's lucky he traveled first
At half dead level in turnovers, rebounds and shooting percentage. U$C should be ashamed of themselves with regard to the boards.
