Since the app started freezing i deleted it and tried to sign in again.it asks if it can access my direct tv info but gives me no option to input my xfinity info from vacation home. It used to provide that option.

I tried resetting apple tv. Saying no the dtv access. No matter what i do I can get to the provider screen how does the app know i have drv?i went into apple tv settings and unchecked let apos view tv information. Nothing wirks although I can still stream from phone to apple tv. Phone still shows xfinity sent them a message.
