Uh, was this originally published like five years ago? Because that seems like when it was obvious to everyone besides Wilner.

Some of us were saying the Net was a mistake to begin with. Yeah, it was a big strategic bet, but it was a bet that made no (common) sense. Any fan who has lived in Tobacco Road or BiG country for awhile could easily list off numerous reasons why a p12Net would never work.

On the other hand we would have had the OPPORTUNITY. to see every game.
