Wow, Lincoln University in downtown Oakland made a splashier hire than Cal. Their AD's strategy is what Cal's should be.

A quick search shows Lincoln University is located at 15th & Franklin has 30 faculty and 574 students. Their focus seems to be business administration and to a lesser extent diagnostic imaging.
