I hate it when players shoot to get fouled

This will be difficult to officiate but mostly you know it when you see it

All the league has to do is instruct the officials that when James Harden makes contact with a defender while shooting, it's a no-call.

Maybe if they paid a little more for those free throws they wouldn't want to get hit so often.
