I'm looking at the BI schedule for Men's BB and have a couple of questions.

One - Why is the PAC-12 playing 2 conference games now then taking a month off before the next conference games? Is it so they can fit all the games in without starting conference play over Christmas?

Two - Why in the world are we playing Pacific at 3 PM on a Wednesday afternoon? Don't tell me it's a scheduling decision made by the PAC-12 network.

League added 2 more games to the league schedule.

1) Like said above, 2 games added to pac 12 schedule. Fit best to play them early.

2) Scheduling decision made by the PAC-12 network. (Sorry to disobey)

No, the schedulers just don't care at all about the actual fans, all they care about is TV $$$. They made that clear when they scheduled our home opener at 2pm on a weekday, after fans weren't even allowed to attend at all last season. Yes, students and children are off for Xmas week, but most people with normal jobs (outside of education) do not get a whole week off for Christmas.

I agree with you. Half the fans are retired. I bet not many will be there. I will. By the way how is that new pizza place under the dorm near Haas? Blaze.looks like no tvs to watch games. Mostly for students.

it had to be a tough decision: either a current year game, or the 6th replay of UCLA-USC women't gymnastics from 2010.

I look around my section and, indeed, many of us were formerly in the work force. But y'all have heard about how so many people are quitting nowadays, right? Who actually works anymore! That's our future! They scheduled that 2 PM game, so old farts could go straight to the early-bird after the game. Perfect timing!
