So far, 5 "fans" have taken part in this thread.
OTOH, CAL has more assists (5) than turnovers (4)
GO BEARS!!!!
I admit it bearup. I'm 65 and am proud of myself simply for posting on BI. But once a game starts and I'm watching, (either live or TV/stream), I prefer to watch the game and limit any discussion pertaining to it to verbal interraction if I am in the physical presence of another fan watching with me. I just can't do the live thread thing.bearup said:

Come on. What are you talking about? That ball was nearly dead center. It only traveled 180 degrees around the rim.ncbears said:

I think it was more like 540 degrees or more!SFCityBear said:Come on. What are you talking about? That ball was nearly dead center. It only traveled 180 degrees around the rim.ncbears said:

You may be right. On the replay video from the overhead camera, it was about 180 degrees, but maybe that dunk was not the one Lars made.ncbears said:I think it was more like 540 degrees or more!SFCityBear said:Come on. Lars has had multiple dunks while at Cal
The next step will be for him to demonstrate he can do this against some PAC12 opponents. It will help greatly if he continues to get passes from his teammates where he can catch them and have less chance of losing the ball. That pass from Hyder up high, in rhythm, where no opponent could get a hand on it,was a thing of beauty. And Lars slammed it home.Big C said:HoopDreams said:SFCityBear said:He had at least one last season, and I think I remember others.oskidunker said:

Lars has been gradually developing into the sort of player where he comes into the game and you're almost glad not sad.

I loved that frozen rope from Joel to Lars on a fast break. Impressed Lars caught it on the run. His hands are a lot better. I think he should have just taken two steps and flushed it. Instead he went to a dribble which allowed his defender catch up to him but he did get to the foul line.Big C said:SFCityBear said:The next step will be for him to demonstrate he can do this against some PAC12 opponents. That was a great pass! Provided me with more hope for both of them.
Maybe but he's definitely catching the ball much better/cleaner on the block or when he is moving.oskidunker said:
I am no t seeing this. He still loses the ball when a defender contests him
