ESPN has it dead level. I am looking forward to the game. My son, sister, and several relatives were Broncos.

Paul Kantner ('63) and Jorma Kaukonen ('64) of the Jefferson Airplane were Broncos.

Great school with extremely high student satisfaction. My son also attended law school there. Although not considered among the prestigious law schools in the Bay Area, my son's class ('17) crushed it on the Bar Exam pass rate.

Leon Panetta was a Bronco, undergrad and law school. He gave a brilliant commencement address at my son's law school graduation.

*I was at the Kidd vs Nash game at the Shark Tank.

Looks a little like a country club
Has always had a strong woman's soccer team (often beats Cal's)

When my older sister was at Santa Clara, the Broncos had the Ogden brothers and Dennis Awtrey. They were a darn good team that ran into the Kareem (then Lew Alcindor) buzz saw in The Dance a couple of times. The father of the Ogden brothers was a Congressional Medal of Honor recipient in WWII.

Below is a photo of the Ogden brothers and Dennis Awtrey in their NBA uniforms. Awtrey had the longest career. He was named in SI as one of the top Enforcers, when that role was allowed.
