You're right and this pissed me off: My buddies and I didn't enjoy wearing masks this evening. In fact, it was a pain in the butt. However, we did it anyway because we were supposed to and we're in the latter stages of a pandemic that continues to kill more than 1,000 Americans almost every day . . .

. . . Then, I look around me and half the other people either aren't wearing a mask, or had them down below their noses or even around their chins. This one jerk near me even bought a beer and nursed it during the entire second half because "masks aren't necessary while eating or drinking".

If we're all not going to wear them, fine, I just got my booster the other day and COVID ain't getting me. But I'm also happy to wear one, but then everybody needs to wear theirs, as well. I wanted to smack some people in there this evening.

Must agree with Chapman. Home team wears white..Visiting team wears the dominant color on both pants and jerseys. Some traditions are worth keeping. The person/s who came up with all these crazy color combos should be shot. Have you seen the Seahawks wearing all lime green uniforms??The author of that color combo should be shot twice.

Agree. I kept momentarily thinking SC was us because they were wearing white. I'm okay with us wearing white or gold (as it is a light color), but the visiting team needs to wear the darker color. In SC's case, they should've been wearing their red unis, definitely not white.

The two teams often are not in Berkeley at the same time during conference due to travel schedules, but it's great to see the support for each other
