During regulation time when the player from Murray State drove down the key out of control to try to draw contact and then knocked the ball OB….will be lucky if that isn't the play that loses the game for his team.

It's sad to watch a game like Murray-USF, two teams that Cal should consistently out-recruit, and see that our Bears might not have anyone who could be a regular on either of those teams.

Larry Brown is also an ABA champion, as a player. The Oaks won the ABA title the year Brown played there.
#34 in that photo is Doug Moe, who was later the head coach of the San Antonio Spurs and Denver Nuggets after a few years as Brown's assistant coach.
