He was decisive with Fox. Must have determined that after a year of not being a D1 head coach, it was only a matter of time before someone would scoop him up.

Has experience in the bay
Has experience at a school with minimal resources
Has experience at an elite academic institution

Well now we have two guys on the board who:

-Know Cal
-Young and up and coming
-African American
-Turned their programs around
-Have energy to recruit

Therefore, we will extend Fox. *sigh*
