Fox has three weeks to sign transfers who will make the team better than it has been in the last five years.

It's important to note that starting this year, the NCAA deadline for transferring with immediate eligibility is May 1, not July 1 as it was last year. The next three weeks are going to be crazy, but that May 1 date is a huge help for coaches trying to finalize their rosters.

I think that's the deadline for players to put their name in the portal to transfer out

they can still transfer out afterwards, but unless it's a grad transfer like Kelly, will have to sit out a year

Cal can still sign an incoming transfer. I don't know if there is a deadline for that
