seems like Cal has a ton of vets 'going'

and compared to other teams, not as promising a group 'coming'

but I could be wrong ...

Yes, it appears Cal will be worse, but OSU (what happened there?) and Utah (man, did their AD f up) don't look great either, so, depending on the newcomers, maybe we have a chance to stay out of the cellar.
