The feeling at Memorial yesterday brought back fond memories of Big Games past. They sense of pride and excitement was a thing at Haas, too. It can and should come back. It starts with a new coach. This decision is long overdue.

When fire Mark Fox? Traveling to a tournament in FL at 0-5 will be so embarrassing. At least with an interim coach there will be some kind of semblance of dignity since we would be considered a work in progress. Is Knowlton forgetting about this team while in his euphoria learning about how Cal alums can really support football if given a reason?

Yeah, that was a great one, another indication of our AD's own lack of mental fitness. I've heard both of them speak. It really brings into question our Chancellor's own fitness for the job.

I will say, he is apparently clever as a Fox at fooling ADs: 9 years with a big buyout from Georgia and now 4 years and counting with a big buyout from Cal. $1.9 million a year is serious cash for a guy who is demonstrably worse than the thousands of coaches making less than 10% of what he makes. Pretty good for a JC transfer to Eastern New Mexico.
