Hart is a tough call for me. No D-1 head coaching experience. No program building experience. USC coddles players. Currently he's working with pros. Can he handle all the challenges here?

The upside could be big. He may be a star in the making. He could really energize the program and bring some talent in.

Very intriguing candidate. What do y'all think?

Yeah totally- the lack of coaching experience is concerning, plus what ncbears posted above is also not ideal.

Truthfully, Pasternack might just be far and away the best option we have: recruited at Arizona, has won as a HC, and has experience at Cal. Plus, the connections to our donors.

I do hope Pasternack surrounds himself with a great staff. Seems like we have a lot of basketball alums who would love to be involved with the team and help out. Hope he brings them back into the fold!
