Googling the subject for most losses, I see it's 27. We just set the bar lower

IF we lose Wednesday we will:

Set a new Cal record for fewest wins overall (half of the previous record).
Set a new Cal record for most losses overall (by 5 games).
Set a new Cal record for worst winning percentage (less than half of the previous record).
Set a new Cal record for most conference losses.
Set a new Cal record for worst conference winning percentage.
Tie the Cal record for fewest conference wins.
Tie the Cal record for most consecutive losses (previously considered unapproachable).
Finish under 0.100 both overall and in conference.
Start the season with 12 consecutive losses, end it with 16 consecutive losses.

Does Fox survive with Staff changes or is he terminated next Wed night after our 1st round Pac 12 Tournament loss...?

he's getting an extension for how well he dealt with adversity this year.

Bravo Coach Fox

The only good news in all of this is that Wyking's record did not get shattered. We only had 15 consecutive losses. I counted them twice.

I hope Knowlton does not convince donors to have Fox fire his staff and bring in new Asst. coaches. Knowlton needs to fire Fox as soon as Wednesday night when their season is over.

It's time for a change and Miles is not the choice. I definitely can live with Pasternak, would prefer Dennis Gates, but that's gonna happen. Christ should let Knowlton go, Fox should be gone and it's time to start to create new interest NIL that can get Cal potentially a few McDonalds all Americans. We need an overhaul of the MBB program.

There is no need to wait until Wednesday. Fox should be fired NOW to send a message to seniors with an additional year of eligibility as well as recruits that change is coming.

Also (unfortunately).......even though CAL exceeded their season's PPG average by 8 points,
the Bears have fallen behind Florida A&M for the WORST PPG average (58.516) in the nation.

But, it's not over: Florida A&M's season is over. If CAL scores 62+ points against WSU, the Bears
can climb out of the basement.

Looking back to last fall, I had expected us to win 10 or 12 games and finish in the bottom 3 in the conference. We could have settled into that kind of record every year, with the same kind of leadership, with attendance and interest dropping off gradually to the point of irrelevance.

So I see this season, where we lost all of the close ones to finish with a record for the ages, as an opportunity for a new beginning. I feel bad for the players who had to endure it but for the first time in several years I also feel some hope for the future.

Odd time for you to say that

Brown had a career game and was not the person with the ball on the last two plays

I was wrong. Still what kind of last play was that? Thats the best Fox can do. No inside out. No nothing another mistake. No ability to win close games.
