Searching for a Head Coach who can help build a winning culture, hire an energetic/dynamic staff, recruit the Portal/AAU/High School, develop the players, cultivate/deepen relationships w/Donors, embrace the Cal complexity/bureaucracy, help market the Program to expand our Community, essentially rebuild the Roster after the inevitable transfers, who WANTS to be here/work for AD Knowlton w/Cal-level resources...

I hope we end up with a SOLUTION and not more of the same problems...

And build the dorm on People's Park site.
