Even Jack saw the writing on the wall and said "F@uck this," and told his son to take a buddy.

Agreed. And good riddance to laker bs and nonsense. Good on ya Denver. Hope you beat Miami. Should be fun.

When I was young, if I had been allowed to take the Joker 3 large steps after picking up my dribble, my driving game would have been significantly better.

LeBron is a poor sport. AD is a good sport.

The biggest beneficiary of the Playoffs so far?

Pistol Lite.

Austin Reaves has averaged 16.9 points, 4.6 assists and 4.4 rebounds in 16 games in the playoffs in his career.

"In 2014, the Nuggets drafted a little-known Serbian prospect with the 41st pick a selection so low on hype that it happened during a Taco Bell commercial."

I know many of us are Warrior fans but I thought I'd start a new thread, for those of us that are fans of the Lakers, the California team that is advancing, representing the largest city In our state, hometown to the largest number of Cal students. Plus the team our coach played for professionally.
And just like that, it's over.

I really hope LeBron retires. Team needs to move on from him. Plus I'm tired of all the Lakers fan groups being hijacked by LBJ jock hanger bandwagon fans who don't really care about the team.

It happens to every team Lebron joins. He sacks the coach, demands the team acquire players he wants to play with, usually with disastrous results, while mortgaging the future. Then after he screws your franchise, he abandons them to go join with another group of veterans to burnish his championships.

But hey, at least you got one championship out of it for your trouble, though you're gonna miss that first round pick they had to package to get immediate help for a championship they were never going to win.

Agree about all of it except this most recent trade. You have to give yourself a chance. They lost 4 close games to a better team. I think either of the west teams beat Miami.

Here's something else that happens to "every team Lebron joins": The win an NBA title.

Pretty much consensus second-greatest player of all time, but some people still have to hate. Weak.

Those draft picks are usually late first rounders because Lebron's teams go deep in the playoffs. I hope the Lakers don't overhaul this roster. They are close and can use a year together.

The 2003-10 Cleveland Cavaliers would like a word with you.

Teams that Lebron leaves suffer for several years after. Cavaliers had losing records every year until Lebron returned. The Heat weren't a playoff factor until Lebron joined the Lakers. The Cavaliers only finally got back to the playoffs this year after Lebron left them a second time.

Great player unquestionably. If he wasn't always trying to game the game, he'd be incredibly easy to root for. Doesn't get involved in any off the court drama, great charity work, doesn't end up doing any Ja Morant type dumb stuff. But I'll just never root for the guy. Others may feel differently.

The 2016 Cleveland Cavaliers would like to have a word with you. As would the 2012 and 2013 Miami Heat.

Seriously, how many NBA teams have won zero titles in the past quarter century? Answer: the vast majority. LeBron's got four rings, with three different teams. Dude's not just a great player, he's a winner.
