My Cal rep says Aziz is looking at Duke, Kansas, and us. Does anyone know where his family lives? I ask because in this quote below it sounds like proximity and ease-of-travel will be what makes his decision. If there's ever a time for Cal to go the extra mile to get a transfer, this is it… Bandaogo moved us from a probable 6-10 finish in the conference to a top three.

"This is a recent decision I have made to transfer," Bandaogo said. "I haven't had much time to think or to be worried about it. I just know I want to be closer to my friends and family that I have in USA. I feel that's very important for me at the moment."

With Aziz out of the picture, it would be a home run to acquire Woodbury. A player like him can turn us into a deep NCAA Tournament team with his ability to impact the game from various facets. Does anyone know if this is a realistic scenario?

He's got to appeal his turned-down appeal. Decent chance.

Then his suitors gotta cough up six figures. Probably mid-six figures. Maybe he gives us a discount because Madsen, but at least low-mid six figures.

I'm subscribing to Calegends.com for two figures / month, which isn't exactly moving the needle on this. How much you got? Because that's probably all we need to make this happen, a few hundred grand. Let's do this.
