They don't look good at all tonight. Terrible shooting. Tentative on open looks. Not boxing out. Looking for foul calls instead of following a shots. Daws not going back up strong for dunks. Cone firing up nonsense. Madsen waited way too long to call his first timeout.
We have to be the only team in the nation that can't defend against the three, at all. Nuts. And all of our opponents nail almost all of them. Smh
It doesn't help the viewer experience that the announcers are such homers.

Officials letting them play like it's a tourney game, at least so far. Refreshing

Our athletic dept run website says to listen via the varsity app but all it is playing is some irrelevant stream of a fantasy football program. STOOOOOOOPID

The Pac12 is the only major conference that calls ticky-tack fouls. We came into the game ranked 290th for 3-point FG% defense.... giving up 8-12 behind the arc tonight will not help.
59% from the field, 67% on three's for Ole Miss. They probably couldn't do any better than that if left totally unguarded. Maybe just keep our players back on one end of the floor to save energy.
I think it's more than that. When we play a team that can shoot the 3-ball well, we lose, as we don't have the athletes to defend the perimeter. And once we get behind, Cone starts to press and jacks up bad shots. You can tell it's a bcos he's off balance and not squared up.oskidunker said:barsad said:
