Why is it that Arizona extends their defense beyond the 3 pt line and are in our mug constantly, yet our defense plays 3 or 4 feet off all perimeter players? Are Arizona's players that much more athletic than us? Has Arizona simply decided to play D with a much higher intensity? Or something else?

Can't we keep the torches and pitchforks for Madsen in the shed for one season? We're not talentless, but Zona is two or three tiers higher than us in talent, this is not the game to judge coaching.
In other news, if Sean lampley has any eligibility left, I think we may have found our solution at left tackle

Agree, Jim, I thought Aimaq would be much more of a force 10 games in. Instead he's still launching bricks from 3-pt land (I know he made one tonight, but still). And fouling out with 12 minutes left on a dumb foul is not a good look. Madsen needs to instill some of his Big Man magic, get this kid to play up to the quality big men he faces.
