Sent from a friend ^. This is a big class, too! Great to see, hopefully last night's game inspired more giveaways!

The official attendance of last night's game was 2,913. Do you know if that included the free student tickets?

Zero chance that attendance is correct I was at the game it was probably at least half full. Next thing is to start filling bleachers but that'll come with time.

Maybe they should have held this distribution of free tickets till the upcoming games vs Stanford, USC and UCLA, as WSU is likely a loss, and against a tough underrated team/lower-brand name program, which might discourage interest in the program for the casual fan.

Like last night. We found a new way to lose

I saw your video of the buzzer beater on Twitter. There is no way Haas is half full in that video.

I was at the game also, and I think that attendance figure is reasonable. There is no way Haas was half full. It wasn't even 1/3 full.

Maybe half full was generous but it was definitely more than 2900 people

I didn't know the WBB games are free in the spring semester!

We are only a 1.5 point underdog today.

Very surprising line, they just dominated a good Furd team on the road, and looked much tougher than the mutts, after wins vs Arizona and USC. Perhaps the line takes into account their weaker results from earlier this season.

I would never bet against Cal on principle, but it looks like easy money. I hope the game is competitive in the late stages.

Attendance for today was supposedly 3,200. No way they had more people today than last game

Is there any talks of adding a larger student section? I was at Cal during good basketball years as a student (06-10) and drove me crazy how small the student section is, its smaller than my high school student section.

The student section was the same size in the 90s when we had Jason Kidd rocking Harmon. We students all knew to show up extra early if we wanted a good spot.

It's a moot point now, since the student section is rarely full. But when we turn this thing around and rock the Haas, it will be a good problem to have an overflowing student section. Basic economics principle - scarcity breeds demand.
