Remember him? 4 star SG who visited Cal in September. Just got released from his NLI at Oregon. I'm guessing it's because Shelstad is staying next year? Looks like he wants a starting job immediately and we can offer that.

In Previous BI Recruiting news about his visit to Cal it said he was a teammate and close to Rodney Brown at West Coast Elite so why would he now chose Cal with Brown in the portal?
