Oh that's funny. In the early days of online streaming, the NCAA began airing all games online - I think it was called March Madness Online. It was free, but you had to sign up and they had a limited number of signups.
One time I was watching and it was a similar situation - they were not yet on air, but they were live on the stream. Kevin Harlan was calling a game and you could hear him doing his prep work, which included going through the earlier scores. Texas Tech lost its first round game, coached at the time by Bobby Knight.
Harlan saw that score and remarked something along the lines of, "Texas Tech lost. Bobby Knight…that guy is so overrated. When is the last time he won anything?"
It was remarkably candid and always made me laugh.
