Maybe focus on the Apathetic Administrator position instead of the coach. We need better middle management here. Maybe Shocky can help explain this better. I am afar from the inter sanctum of Cal sports, but we just look lost at the top, the middle and often the bottom. The players are a mirror of those powers. I love watching Cal sports and don't actually lose that much interest because we don't win. I lose more interest because we have lost our relations. The demise of the Pac-X, and loss of our water cooler conversation, and the debates we used to have about how the Pac-X was superior. Now my arguments when they occur are about how past relationships populate the CFP (Oregon and Arizona ****ing State) and we matter this much in the world. We are searching for relevance with little leadership to help us get there. Unfortunately, it feels like it is all about money. Tell me how stupid that statement is!
