Caloha and Go Bears!
The Bears got on the board with their first offensive line commitment of the 2027 class with the addition of 6-6/335 OT Josh Bunni Sunday and today added a second in 6-7/330 3 star Mission Viejo High School OT Amaziah Siale today after his official visit to Cal.
Siale spent his early high school career at Kapaʻa High School in Kauaʻi, where he anchored a strong offensive line. In late October during his junior season, he transferred to Mission Viejo, who was ranked #17 nationally and No. 6 in California at the time.
His debut came in a 37–20 Mission Viejo win over Edison on October 24, 2025, immediately adding size to the Diablos’ line of scrimmage for their playoff push.
The Kapa’a, Hawaii native also holds offers from Utah, UCLA, ASU, BYU, West Virginia and more in addition to Cal.
Siale becomes the sixth commitment in the last week and 16th commitment to Cal overall in the 2027 class, joining fellow OL commit Josh Bunni (Cardinal Newman), recent 4 star QB commit Dane Weber, WRs Charles Davis III (Westlake) and Blake Gunter (Southlake, TX), RBs Jaxsen Stokes (Sierra Canyon) and Antwon Sanders (CE King/Houston), TE Rahzario Edwards, DLs Troy Bowens (Sutter), Jaderian Jones (Dallas) and Miles Schirmer (Corona Centennial), edge Giovanni Hodge (Grant Union), LBs Elyjah Staples (Marquez-Huntington Beach) and Gunnar Perry (Notre Dame Prep/Scottsdale, AZ), CB Duvay Williams (Junipero Serra), safety Myles Baker (Sierra Canyon) and IMG Academy kicker Zach Brien .
