The refereeing in this game is very uneven. I don't like the calls going both ways. Definitely too many whistles but that is because the refs have let the game get out of hand.

Madsen outcoached his opponent. We just got beat by talent in the last few minutes. That was the difference. Good game. Mady fouling out was a killer. We really have a chance to be good if we can get some talent. Smu is riding post season in both major sports because they invested in it. If we're serious about a tournament bid, we need to make sure we keep our top two recruits, hold onto our top 3 current guys at least, and pay what needs to be payed to land a center and another shooter. If we do all of that, and it will probably cost us 10 million+ is donations, we can make the tournament next year. It's an investment that will pay for itself.

I don't have any problem with the Stojakovic shot at the end there. He was in a groove there and probably our best chance to tie the game. Sure there was someone open but you take that shot there. Wilkinson got a decent look, but unfortunately, we come out on the wrong end again

yeah, it was a good call to go with Andrej and the play they ran for him had Renauld on the other side of the basket so we got what we wanted
