That's an oxymoron.......

In two years there were only 16 (SIXTEEN) wins.

(One of the losses was to Central Arkansas 96-69. Don Coleman tried his darndest, shooting 4 for 14 for 20 points.)

Long since back from the Haas... I optimistically chose to respond to this post because, yes, even though this evening wasn't a good experience, indeed we lost games like this in the not-too-distant past.

The Bears didn't play well this evening. Remember, we were up against the Blue Hose. Again, the BLUE FREAKING HOSE. And we barely squeaked out a win.

Poor first half shooting. Poor rebounding all game. Spotty, inconsistent defense. We need to do better... and I think we will.

Especially though, it was almost unbelievable how sparse the crowd was. I get it: Why show up for this, after eight years of "sub-mediocrity". And I use that term euphemistically. But goodness gracious, what a small turnout. Especially the chairback sections, which were 1/4 full, at best. We need to keep racking up the wins and promote, promote, promote!

Camdens aggressiveness in the second half truly saved the bears tonight, on what appeared to be a low energy performance.

Nolan Dorsey was wearing a boot on the bench. not good. any news?

Mark Fox started out the season he went 3-29 with losses to UC Davis, UC San Diego, Southern and Texas State…

I was thinking this too and then in a clip posted by the Cal Ball IG, Madsen says something about Rytis "dealing with something".

Not sure if he is 100% healthy or what but doesn't sound like it. Fully agree he is not playing as well as he did last yr., but maybe there is more to the story right now.

Its ridiculous. Just look in the dam bag and pass the person through. Its overkill and needs to stop.

I've had this experience. King pin donuts, the bribe for the G kids. I had to take them out of the bag and carry them loose into the gym. Sheeez. I now carry a clear plastic produce bag from Safeway so I can transfer my stuff. Such a pain. They are testing my will to attend these days.
