I have seen several videos now of Randall in training sessions with mostly NBA guys and man it is a joy to watch. Our Bears could use some guys like this...

This is why I hope some of our guys train with him. He knows Ames so maybe Ames has trained with Randle (and he can be particularly helpful for small guards), but every guard/wing should be there in the off season

By the way, just dribbling that low and fast (even without the hand claps) is extremely difficult). Pick up a basketball and try it some day
