Spurs lose by 1 on a tip in with 2.1 seconds after leading by 29 points

Biggest comeback in nba finals history

I thought Fox was good, but he made 4 unforced turnovers and a HUGE mistake with 5 seconds left

Hate to blame one player on a loss but a vet shouldn't make the type of mistakes he made in 4th quarter

I watched most of the game but missed a lot of minutes here and there, so small sample size...

Often when I was tuned in, Wemby was taking and (usually) missing 3-pt shots, usually fairly early in the clock. I know he's a decent shooter, especially for a guy that size, but it seemed like he and the Spurs were too nonchalant with that lead. Of course, if only one more of those had gone in, I wouldn't be posting this right now.

Lots of what ifs in any 1-point win, let alone a 29-point comeback.

Knicks coach >>>>> Spurs Coach (a former Stanford player)

With better coaching and strategy, I think the Spurs would be in command of this series. Charles Barkley was all over how dumb their strategy was with a 25-point lead, rushing their possessions and taking 8 straight three-point attempts, with little success. Barkley pointed out that a team doesn't make a comeback like that without help from the other team, and the Spurs aided the comeback by playing dumb. Barkley also criticized the Spurs in game 2 for not taking a shot in the closing seconds with enough time on the clock for a putback when the shot missed - saying that, by contrast, the Knicks executed that perfectly in the closing seconds of game 4.

Wasn't just Wemby, it was a lot of the Spurs chucking threes with a big lead.
