Yes, I know it was Southern Utah, and they weren't very good.

Yes, I know it was called a foul (by an idiot ref who assumed there HAD to be a foul rather than using his eyes)

But for Jabari Bird to *catch* somebody's shot on the way up without fouling speaks to some serious athleticism, coordination, and a very smart player. (would have been Cal's ball, he managed to catch it and stay in bounds which isn't easy to do if you're running back to guard against a fast break layup).

One of the best blocks I've ever seen (and for grandmastapoop, this is better than what Smart did to that other guy).

Never get tired of looking at that play.

Bird's athleticism is off the charts.

that was just a sick play

I hate it when a ref takes an amazing play and then thinks he's more important than the game and calls a foul that he didn't even see

takes the fun out of the game

Monty sure didn't like the call, and let the ref know it!

That officiating crew was a disgrace. Two of them were overweight and slow and out of position as a result on several plays. And that call was one of them.

So bizarre to call me out. I was at that game, booing the call. Were you?

Poop,
Mainly done in jest since you posted about Marcus Smart's dunk. And yes, I was there booing the call too.
