Probably the AAU recruiting game is kissing the asses of AAu coaches and rubbing elbows with slimeball handlers that pump and handle the money and shoes and everything else that goes into the AAU world.

Its making sure the AAU coaches have access to your locker room to act like agents, giving them stuff, and ultimately giving them jobs. I still find it amazing UCLA was not investigated.

The Pump Bros. of AAU fame hand picked UCLA's roster, then got Ben Howland canned when he couldn't win with those players. Montgomery has started delegating these interactions to Decuire and his son, so we are seeing better results.
