Would Cal be playing today in the pac12 finals?
Frustrating that we can't convince more Oakland Soldiers to stay local

Braun would have gotten Gordon/BASH

If you believe we are holding a place for a transfer one might conclude there could be a guy who only got six minutes of garbage against Georgia who might be a candidate to immediately start and contribute next year. Probably need to see how early departures impact kentucky but he and big bro but he can not be happy about a repeat of this year if his goal is to get to nba. Heck if they can swing it maybe there is a hardship claim and needing to be back at home

There's a game I played when I was younger... The teen version has a name that should not be repeated in polite company, but the name I learned it as is "I doubt it."

how would a transfer be contributing next year, without sitting a year first?
DrDanger;842293155 said:
Two ways:
1. A special consideration NCAA release (ala Joseph Young at Oregon this year). Not likely for Cal next year.
2. A graduate school admission of an early graduate who has a year of eligibility from another school. Not out of the question....

Yes, I knew of both of those ways-I was alluding to the student that was being hinted about. Obviously, number 2 is out the window given the specific subject matter. I was wondering if there was knowledge of something leading to number 1 besides wishful thinking...

Different student, obviously. But #2 is not out of the question for a different student athlete.
