I also wonder if he could attribute it to anything. Bad bed? Bad stretch, or landing on a heel awkwardly? Carrying a heavy bag off one shoulder?

He was apparently better, but still in some pain on the flight back home.

Who the heck knows. As someone who has also suffered from back spasms from time to time it can be as simple as moving wrong when backing up your car.

(and while not Jabari's problem I know for me I helped reduce them significantly by working on core strength (running, stretching, working out more)
