Cal associate head coach Tracy Webster is one of five candidates in the mix for the head-coaching vacancy at Wisconsin-Milwaukee, according to a report. Michigan State associate head coach Dwayne Stephens, Virginia Tech assistant coach Isaac Chew, Northwestern assistant coach Pat Baldwin and Kansas State assistant coach Chris Lowery are also in the running for the Panthers’ job, ESPN’s Jeff Goodman tweeted Friday. A native of Harvey, Ill., he was a standout guard for the University of Wisconsin before beginning his coaching career at Division III Wisconsin-Parkside
